Steve Warneck joined Tyler & Reynolds in 2009 and has been practicing law since 1999.  He focuses his practice on wills, trusts, and estate planning; estate and trust administration; business succession and transition planning; family and closely held businesses, and nonprofit organizations. 

 

Steve earned his A.B. cum laude from Princeton University in 1995 and his J.D. summa cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 1998.  He is the recipient of his law school's two most prestigious awards the Alumni Academic Achievement Award, given to the graduate with the highest grade point average, and the Dr. John Ordronaux Prize, given to the graduate who is judged by the faculty to have shown the greatest ability.

 

After law school and before he joined Tyler & Reynolds, Steve served a one-year term as law clerk to the Honorable Bailey Aldrich of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, then worked for five years as an associate at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston and four and a half years as the principal of Warneck Law Offices in Hingham.

 

Steve lives in Hingham with his wife, Victoria, their two sons, Christopher and Timothy, and their daughter, Marie.
