Gerald B. O’Grady III, of counsel

Gerald B. O’Grady, III has practiced at Tyler & Reynolds since 1974, representing clients in matters of wills, trusts and estates, estate planning and administration, trust law, and probate.  He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. O’Grady obtained his L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and his Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan Law School.  He received his Bachelors degree from Williams College.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. O’Grady served on active duty in the United States Navy for four years, serving as communications officer on a destroyer and officer-in-charge of a Swift Boat in Vietnam.  After law school, prior to joining Tyler & Reynolds, he spent one year as a law clerk to the Massachusetts Superior Court.
