
James H. McNulty, Jr. has practiced at Tyler & Reynolds since 1991. Before joining the firm, he was counsel to the Massachusetts Estate Tax Bureau. He serves clients in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, estate planning, estate administration, trust law, and probate. Mr. McNulty is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals 1st Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.
Mr. McNulty has an L.L.M. in Taxation which he earned from Boston University School of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1985 from Washington and Lee University School of Law and has a Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame.
